At Xendya, customer satisfaction is important — but so is protecting our business and community from abuse.
By purchasing from us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking).
To be eligible:

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Returned in original packaging with all accessories

Valid proof of purchase is required (order number or email confirmation)
❌ Returns are NOT eligible if:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer

Product shows signs of use, wear, modification, or damage

Request is made after the 30-day period

Promotional item

Upsell / bundle

Free gift

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To request one:

Returns without an RMA will be refused and not refunded

Unauthorized returns will not be processed
3. PROOF & DOCUMENTATION
To protect both parties:

Photos or videos are required before return approval

Proof of shipment and tracking is mandatory
Carrier tracking data serves as final proof of delivery in case of disputes or chargebacks.
4. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from the refund
⚠️ Risk of loss remains with the customer until the product is received and inspected.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 72 hours voids eligibility.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

8. ABUSE & FRAUD POLICY

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking confirms delivery:
Xendya is not responsible for:

Theft

Loss after delivery

Misplacement
Customers should:

Use secure delivery addresses

Contact the carrier directly
10. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by:
