At Xendya, customer satisfaction is important — but so is protecting our business and community from abuse.


By purchasing from us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

 


 

 

1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

 


Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking).


 

To be eligible:

 

 

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories

  • Valid proof of purchase is required (order number or email confirmation)

 

 


 

 

❌ Returns are NOT eligible if:

 

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Product shows signs of use, wear, modification, or damage

  • Request is made after the 30-day period

  • Product was purchased as:

     

    • Promotional item

    • Upsell / bundle

    • Free gift

    • Final Sale item

     

 

 


 

 

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

 


All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

⚠️ Important:

 

  • Returns without an RMA will be refused and not refunded

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed

 

 


 

 

3. PROOF & DOCUMENTATION

 


To protect both parties:

 

  • Photos or videos are required before return approval

  • Proof of shipment and tracking is mandatory

 


Carrier tracking data serves as final proof of delivery in case of disputes or chargebacks.

 


 

 

4. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from the refund

 


⚠️ Risk of loss remains with the customer until the product is received and inspected.

 


 

 

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 


Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.


Required:

 

  • Photo or video evidence

 


Approved cases may be resolved via:

 

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

 


Failure to report within 72 hours voids eligibility.

 


 

 

6. REFUND PROCESS

 


Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


 

Refund details:

 

 

  • Issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • VAT / taxes

We reserve the right to issue:

 

  • Store credit instead of refunds

  • Partial refunds

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

 

  • Free gifts and promotional items

  • Bundled or discounted offers

  • Subscription trial products

  • Loyalty rewards

  • Final Sale items

  • Items returned after 30 days

 

 


 

 

8. ABUSE & FRAUD POLICY

 


We enforce a zero-tolerance policy.


Examples of abuse:

 

  • Returning used products

  • False “item not received” claims

  • Exploiting promotional offers

  • Filing chargebacks without contacting support

 

 


 

 

⚠️ Consequences:

 

 

  • Permanent ban from purchases

  • Account suspension

  • Evidence submitted to:

     

    • Payment processors

    • Banks

    • Fraud prevention systems

     

 

 


 

 

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 


If tracking confirms delivery:


Xendya is not responsible for:

 

  • Theft

  • Loss after delivery

  • Misplacement

 


Customers should:

 

  • Use secure delivery addresses

  • Contact the carrier directly

 

 


 

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

 


This policy is governed by:

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
