  • Xendya is not liable for theft or loss

Risk Transfer

 


Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

 


 

 

7. SHIPPING INSURANCE

 


All shipments are insured up to their declared value.

 


 

 

Lost Packages

 


If officially declared lost by the carrier:

 

  • Replacement or refund will be issued

 

 


 

 

Damaged Packages

 


Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
